Offered for sale is a 1993 Luna Delta 560 Twin Axle 4/5 berth touring caravan. Being Twin Axle its easy to tow and very stable on the road its a very spacious and comfortable family caravan. She was serviced last year has a galvanised Alko chassis, good tyres and brakes including handbrake. They are all working fine. She tows beautifully, is easy to manoeuvre and can be towed by most family cars. To the front of the caravan there is a large u shaped seating area. This area converts into a large King size bed that comfortably sleeps three people. In the middle there is the kitchen area to one side with a large four burner hob, sink with hot and cold tap, grill and oven, large fridge plus cupboards, drawers for your cutlery etc... Opposite this area is another seating area and table. This area converts into a large single bed. There is also a large sturdy bunk which can be stored securely above out of sight when not in use. To the rear of the caravan is the dressing area which to one side has a large lockable wardrobe (comes with key) with plenty of hanging space. Plus other cupboards and storage areas and large mirror. Opposite is the washroom / shower room which benefits from a light. And large vanity unit housing the sink with hot and cold tap, and a hot and cold shower & shower tray plus thetford cassette toilet with electric flush. It has an onboard water tank and all the hot water is supplied by a Carver Cascade 2 gas and electric water heater so can be run off gas or can be switched on the same as an immersion heater you would use at home.. Onboard is a carver 3000 gas heater with Truma blown air heating, there are vents all around the caravan and these can be opened and closed as you wish. The caravan has lighting throughout and 240V plug sockets. There is no evidence of any water ingress or dampness. The walls and floor feel solid to the touch it still looks the part, but please bear in mind that this is not a new caravan and will show signs of age and use. The caravan comes with a full Dorema awning inc manual-instructions it is green and grey in colour in good condition and comes with curtains, poles, pegs etc...which adds a great deal of space when up giving plenty of room for inner tents allowing for additional sleeping if necessary! The caravan has a 12 volt electrical system and 240 volt mains electric with a breaker and plug sockets.
