Offered for sale is a lovely Bailey 5 berth family touring caravan. An easy to tow lightweight very spacious family caravan. She has a galvanised Alko chassis, good tyres and brakes including handbrake, they are all working fine. She tows beautifully and is easy to manoeuvre and can be towed by most family cars. To the front of the caravan there is a large U-shaped seating area with a removable free-standing table. This area converts into a large King size bed that comfortably sleeps two adults or two adults and a child. In the middle there is the kitchen area to one side with a large four burner hob, sink with hot and cold tap, grill and oven plus cupboards, drawers and racks for your cutlery etc...The sink area can be hidden away by a fold down board, offering extra prep space. Beside this area is a large wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and another cupboard that is shelved. Below the wardrobe is the Carver 1800 Trumatic gas heater. Beside this is the washroom/shower room which benefits from a large vanity unit with light and storage space, sink with hot and cold tap, and a hot and cold shower & shower tray plus a portable chemical toilet. This is great as you can take the toilet out to create a larger shower area. All the hot water is supplied by a Carver Cascade 2 gas water heater. Opposite is another seating area and table with beautiful picture window. This area converts into a large double bed. There is also a large sturdy bunk above which can be stored securely out of sight when not in use. Next to this is a large unit housing the fridge and cupboards for further storage, there really is mass of storage space in this caravan. Plenty for a large family! The caravan has lighting throughout including spotlights, 12V, and 240V lights plus 12V and 240V plug sockets. The caravan comes with a full awning with poles, pegs etc...which adds a great deal of space when up. It also comes with a smaller porch style awning as well which is ideal for shorter stays. The caravan comes with everything you will need for a family holiday.
